June 1st, 2022 in Hangzhou, and is a key investment enterprise in
Shangcheng District, Hangzhou. During its establishment, our
company has established a complete personnel structure, with core
members from vehicle manufacturers, banks, and online ride-hailing
platforms at the middle and senior management levels. We have also
reached deep framework cooperation with multiple car companies,
domestic automotive export pilot enterprises, and foreign car
dealers, to create a full-process and all-round automotive
technology company. Our business includes: - Domestic trade: Our
sales to domestic automotive export pilot enterprises and domestic
car dealers have an annual turnover of 700 million yuan. - Foreign
trade: Our exports to Russia, Central Asia, the Middle East, and
Southeast Asia have an annual turnover of 300 million yuan. -
Online ride-hailing assets: Our domestic affiliated company holds
online ride-hailing assets with an annual turnover of 40 million
yuan and a market value of 100 million yuan. - Huoerguosi
Automobile Exhibition Hall: With a floor area of over 5,000 square
meters (during the trial operation phase), we plan to achieve an
annual turnover of 1 billion yuan. - Huoerguosi/Kashgar storage:
With a floor area of over 6,000 square meters, we plan to achieve
an annual turnover of 5 million yuan. - Automobile CKD/KD parts
export: Our exports to Russia, Central Asia, and the Middle East
(during the channel establishment period) have a planned annual
turnover of 300 million yuan. Taking advantage of our channel
superiority, Hangzhou Jule Automobile conducts thorough research on
the automotive market and establishes a sales network, using a
centralized procurement and distribution model for our automotive
export business. In Russia and Central Asia, we have developed
cooperation with over 100 comprehensive exhibition halls and sales
channels, selling a total of over 4,000 units of 2 Geely models,
3,000 units of Kia K3, and 2,000 units of FAW Hongqi EMQ5 in the
past year. In Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa, we
have developed cooperation with over 30 sales channels and exported
over 700 units of other brands.
